Managing Your Subscription

Viewing Your Current Plan

Go to Settings > Billing. Your current plan name, renewal date, and next invoice amount are displayed at the top.

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Click Manage Subscription.
  2. Select the higher-tier plan.
  3. Confirm the prorated charge for the remainder of the current billing period.
  4. The upgrade takes effect immediately — new limits and features are available right away.

Downgrading Your Plan

  1. Click Manage Subscription and select a lower-tier plan.
  2. Review the downgrade summary, which lists any features or entity counts that exceed the lower plan's limits.
  3. Confirm the downgrade. The change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle — you retain access to your current plan's features until then.

Downgrading does not delete data that exceeds the lower plan's limits, but those records become read-only until you are within the new plan's limits. For example, if you have 200 contacts and downgrade to Free (50-contact limit), existing contacts remain visible but you cannot add new ones.

Cancelling

Cancellation is available through the Manage Subscription flow. Your account remains active until the end of the paid period. After cancellation, the account reverts to the Free tier — no data is deleted.

Updating Your Payment Method

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Click Update Card.
  3. Enter your new card details in the Stripe-hosted form.

The new card becomes the default immediately and is used for the next invoice.

Invoice History

Download past invoices for accounting and tax purposes.

  1. Scroll to the Invoice History section in Settings > Billing.
  2. Click the download icon next to any billing period to get a PDF receipt.
  3. Invoices include your company name and EIN if configured in Settings > Organization.

Note

Invoices are generated by Stripe and are available within 24 hours of each billing date.
